Schoolhouse Rocked: The Homeschool Revolution

2021-01

Episodes

Monday Jan 11, 2021

How do we remain steadfast at home while the world is seemingly on fire? We turn to God’s Word and heed His instructions to us. We MUST gird up and teach our kids to do the same. He is a merciful God with a great plan and, like Queen Esther, He has each one of us here for such a time as this!
Join Yvette Hampton and Aby Rinella for this encouraging conversation on the important role of mothers and how to live with courage.
Join us Wednesday for the rest of this conversation.

“I can’t afford to homeschool.” “I don’t have what it takes.” “I’m not patient enough.” “My kids won’t be socialized.” “My kids are called to be salt & light.” “The public schools in our area are excellent.”
These are the reasons we often hear why parents choose to keep their kids in public school. But what’s really going on in the classrooms, behind closed doors, and on the playground? What are our children really being exposed to and is it happening in YOUR neighborhood?
Join Yvette Hampton, Aby Rinella, and Heidi St. John as they tackle the important topic of public schools and why we need to get our kids out NOW!

Whether we’re reviewing a new mystery novel, sharing new original poetry, or publishing critical essays, we’re trying to determine what classical thought can offer modern mankind. We’re looking back, even if the past seems backward. We publish original essays, reviews, interviews, and poetry. And we’re hunting miscellany, seeking out the sorts of things that book-lovers love.
